With 14 years in real estate, Rachel Caldwell has mastered many facets of the business. She began her career as a leasing agent for Habitat Brokerage division, specializing in high end leasing and relocation, and gained additional leasing and property management experience at Planned Property and Draper and Kramer. She then transitioned to sales with Coldwell Banker Real Estate and Prudential Real Estate Services South Loop.

Seeking further enrichment, she joined J A Gibson Real Estate Services.She gained knowledge in foreclosures, assisted with credit counseling and first time hom ebuyer classes, helped prepare buyers for home ownership by working housing functions and home buyer seminars for many of the Chicago Alderman, and joined NARAB. At this time, she was also the lead listing agent at the company with high sale conversions.

Keeping up with the changing market took Rachel to Realestate.com, where she mastered the art of working with Internet buyers. She gained her SFR, ABR, & ADPR designations, and later became a member of Carrington Real Estate Services.
