Sandy Goldsbury was born and raised in Maine and moved to the Carolinas 17 years ago with her family. She has been married for 30 years and has 2 adult sons in graduate school. 

Real estate became a second career for Sandy over 5 years ago. She is licensed in North and South Carolina, and lived in Fort Mill, SC, for 14 years until she moved to Charlotte, NC, 3 years ago. Her real estate specialties are residential single family, condos, townhomes, and active adult communities. 

When representing both buyers and sellers, Sandy's extensive knowledge of the local market in both North Carolina and South Carolina has been an invaluable asset for clients. When she is not helping her clients with their real estate needs,  Sandy can be found kayaking on Lake Wylie, hiking Crowder's Mountain, working in her garden, or reading a novel for a book club discussion.
