Chris Voge

Growing up in a real estate family, Chris Voge began his own real estate career in 1995. After spending some time as a general agent, he began looking for a new challenge and entered the field of new homes.

In late 1998, Chris began selling for a builder in Ohio and quickly grew to love the excitement of finding clients a brand new home.  As he grew in the industry, he began looking for even more new challenges.  So, he transitioned from new home seller to trainer, and finally into sale manager.

In 2005, Chris relocated to Atlanta, GA and continued to sell new homes in the larger market.  In 2010, looking to learn more about the current market conditions, Chris joined Carrington Real Estate Services.  Being just one of three agents that started with the company, he juggled over 30 foreclosure listings all over the Atlanta market. Two years later, Chris specializes in helping buyers take advantage of the current conditions by finding foreclosures and short sales.
