Steve has operational and financial responsibility for the company's growing portfolio of real estate operating units-including Carrington Real Estate Services, Carrington Property Services, White Van Real Estate Services and Telsi Escrow and Carrington Insurance Services.
Steve has an impressive history in the real estate industry and a remarkable track record for building successful real estate brands. Early in his career, he built a large-scale relocation practice for Chicago Title & Trust. He moved on to create an REO and Corporate Relocation business for Coldwell Banker, a brand he helped build into a national powerhouse. Steve later became Chairman and CEO of Prudential Real Estate, which grew to over $200 billion in annual sales under his leadership.
An early advocate of using the Internet to more efficiently drive real estate business, he was the CEO of REALTOR.com, where he created and launched the most successful real estate portal, visited monthly by over 30 million potential home buyers and sellers.

His experience ranges from working with large Wall Street firms to turning small companies into industry leaders over his 30+ years in the industry.

Wendy is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the fast-growing real estate brand, where she will focus on developing and refining business processes, recruiting, training, and Carrington Real Estate Services web strategy as well as consumer relationships in order to expand the company's presence into new markets. Wendy brings a unique combination of knowing what works and anticipating what real estate professionals will require in order to succeed in this evolving market. She is an accomplished real estate executive with more than 15 years of industry experience. Wendy's talents for building and developing products and services are deeply rooted in her own experiences as an agent, manager, broker, owner and brand executive.
Prior to joining Carrington Real Estate Services, Wendy was instrumental in guiding the operational discipline and growth of hundreds of residential real estate offices and thousands of associates and brokers at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, Royal LePage Real Estate and Realty World.
Within the real estate industry, Wendy has taken a lead role in talent attraction and is often called upon for speaking opportunities and bylines. In April 2009, she was appointed to the advisory board for Recruiting Trends and is a regular contributor for the website. In October 2009, she was a featured speaker at Kennedy Information's Recruiting 2009 Conference on best practices of talent attraction. She also spoke on the topic at the 2009 National Association of Realtors Conference.

Larry is responsible for growing the region's operations, agent representation, and sales volume. Larry joined Carrington Real Estate Services in 2011 and previously worked with the firm's Nevada offices to provide leadership, energy, and growth momentum. His years of expertise in the real estate industry make him uniquely equipped to handle the Carrington Real Estate Services vision for continual expansion.
Larry has a solid reputation for helping agents build their businesses, providing top-level management support and sharing his broad spectrum of knowledge. Maria is an influential real estate broker and expert with exceptional experience, and a widely recognized leader in real estate recruiting and recruiting technologies. Maria is responsible for the development and execution of national and local market agent recruiting initiatives, and will partner with local office managers and Regional Vice Presidents to add coaching and accountability into their recruiting functions.
Maria was most recently Vice President of Business Development at AlignMark, a leading provider of real estate recruitment, selection and development tools. Having built a solid reputation as one of the firm's most trusted consultants, she oversaw a real estate vertical with more than 300 clients to ensure retention and renewals. Maria increased AlignMark's retention rate from 40% to an average of 82% for existing clients, and increased sales each year for last three years. Prior to AlignMark, Maria was Director of Career Development at North Carolina's Howard Perry and Walston Real Estate, where she contributed to the organic growth of 12 regional offices and achieved the highest hiring activity in the company's history with 500 hires in 24 months.
