Carrington Real Estate Services, LLC is a national, full-service residential brokerage firm with licensed agents across 22 states. Through its parent, Carrington Holding Company, LLC, the company has direct access to Carrington's family of businesses, and by leveraging those connections has transformed from a start-up to one of the largest residential real estate brokerages in the U.S. While its initial focus centered largely on the distressed market, the company has evolved into a recognized leader in all aspects of the market today, with more than half of its transactions comprised of traditional residential resale.

Founded in 2008 and guided by an experienced leadership team that blends the interrelated disciplines of investment services, financial services, settlement services, mortgage and real estate, Carrington Real Estate Services is committed to helping agents provide better service for today's buyers and sellers. Carrington agents are equipped to handle the complexities of today's market, from managing the disposition of distressed real estate to working with investors or clients buying or reselling property. In fact, our agents are uniquely positioned through training, technology, and lead generation to serve today's buyers and sellers.

Carrington Real Estate Services parent company includes 16 affiliate companies that provide services for every aspect of the lifecycle of single-family residential assets-from investment and origination through asset management and disposition.

Steve Ozonian
Chief Real Estate Officer at Carrington Holding Company

Steve has operational and financial responsibility for the company's growing portfolio of real estate operating units-including Carrington Real Estate Services.

Steve has an impressive history in the real estate industry and a remarkable track record for building successful real estate brands. Early in his career, he built a large-scale relocation practice for Chicago Title & Trust. He moved on to create an REO and Corporate Relocation business for Coldwell Banker, a brand he helped build into a national powerhouse. Steve later became Chairman and CEO of Prudential Real Estate, which grew to over $200 billion in annual sales under his leadership.

An early advocate of using the Internet to more efficiently drive real estate business, he was the CEO of, where he created and launched the most successful real estate portal, visited monthly by over 30 million potential home buyers and sellers.

Wendy Forsythe
Executive Vice President/Head of Global Operations at Carrington Real Estate Services

Wendy is Executive Vice President and Head of Global Operations for Carrington Real Estate Services. She is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the fast-growing real estate brand, and developing and refining business processes, recruiting, training, and overseeing web strategy, as well as consumer relationships in order to expand the company's presence into new markets. Wendy possesses a unique combination of knowing what works and anticipating what real estate professionals will require in order to succeed in this evolving market. She is an accomplished real estate executive with more than 20 years of industry experience. Wendy's talents for building and developing products and services are deeply rooted in her own experiences as an agent, manager, broker, owner and brand executive.  

Prior to joining Carrington Real Estate Services, Wendy was instrumental in guiding the operational discipline and growth of hundreds of residential real estate offices and thousands of associates and brokers at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, Royal LePage Real Estate and Realty World.  

Within the real estate industry, Wendy has taken a lead role in recruiting, social media, and is often called upon for speaking opportunities and bylines on both of these topics. She has been a featured speaker at Inman Connect, Agent ReBoot, REX, The National Association of Realtors Annual Convention and numerous other events. She is known for her passion and unique insights on the real estate profession.

Larry White
West Coast Regional Vice President at Carrington Real Estate Services

Larry is responsible for growing the region's operations, agent representation, and sales volume. Larry joined Carrington Real Estate Services in 2011 and previously worked with the firm's Nevada offices to provide leadership, energy, and growth momentum. His years of expertise in the real estate industry make him uniquely equipped to handle the Carrington Real Estate Services vision for continual expansion.

Larry has a solid reputation for helping agents build their businesses, providing top-level management support and sharing his broad spectrum of knowledge. He stays on top of industry trends and works hands-on with members of the Carrington Real Estate Services Leadership Team to build the company's presence and expertise in Illinois and all along the eastern seaboard.

Larry is a proven leader who is actively involved in multiple facets of the real estate industry. He is a member of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), the National Association of Realtors, the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors, the Pacific West Association of Realtors, and the Phoenix Association of Realtors. He is also a board member of the Asian Real Estate Association of America.
